Reenactment of Gen. Twigg's surrender at the Alamo - Co. "K", 6th Texas Infantry Regiment reenacts General Twiggs' surrender of all forts in Texas to Colonel Ben McCulluch and his secessionist Texas militia on February 16, 1861. The soldiers and their individual weapons were permitted to leave.
